Looking for your new favorite fall cocktail? You found it! Apple lovers, rejoice. This one’s for you!
If you want to make your own apple cider, be my guest. You can find my apple cider recipe here. It makes your whole house smell wonderful! But don’t be afraid to use really high quality store bought apple cider either. The lemon juice balances the sweetness of the cider so beautifully.
This recipe was partially inspired by Reed’s ginger beer. I’m absolutely obsessed with Reed’s ginger ale and always keep it in my fridge. I accidentally bought ginger beer one day and thought it would make an excellent apple cider cocktail paired with some Still ATX bourbon. I was right!
This is one of those cocktails that tastes much more complicated than it is. You are mere minutes away from a perfect fall cocktail! Want to make it a mocktail? Just leave out the bourbon!
