Garden Party Crostini

Garden Party Crostini

Does a cuter spring appetizer exist?! I’m officially obsessed with this Garden Party Crostini and it couldn’t be easier to make!

Garden Party Crostini

Did you know that some flowers are edible? Pansies, marigolds, hibiscus, and dianthus are a few inexpensive, common flowers you can find in your local garden center and plant for fantastic color in the kitchen.

To prepare edible flowers, just snip off the blooms and swish in a bowl of cold water to remove any bugs or dirt. You’ll want to do this right before serving, as they’re the prettiest a few hours after you pick them.

You can grill or toast the crostini. Whatever you prefer! Want more spring entertaining inspiration? Check out my Alice in Wonderland dinner party and my Bridgerton garden party!
