Cast Iron Peaches and Brie

Cast Iron Peaches and Brie

If you’re looking for an appetizer that’ll wow your guests but only takes five minutes to prep, you’ve got to try my Cast Iron Peaches and Brie! I don’t feel dramatic telling you that this dish is quite literally divine.

Thank you to my grocery partner Kroger DFW for supporting The Rose Table and this recipe! It’s partnerships like this that keep The Rose Table going.

It’s officially peach season, so you better believe I’m putting peaches in everything. Peaches make everything better. Here juicy peaches are paired with melty brie cheese, a bit of honey, a dash of cinnamon, and fresh thyme. It’s absolutely divine!

You can cook this on the grill, in the oven, or even on the stove with a lid! Just keep an eye on it and pull it when the brie is the perfect amount of melty, about 10-15 minutes, and the peaches have transformed.

Cast Iron Peaches and Brie

1 wheel brie
3 peaches
1-2 Tbsp honey
Dash of cinnamon
Optional: Honeycomb
1 Tbsp pecans
Fresh thyme

  1. Score brie in a crisscross pattern. Set in a cast iron skillet.
  2. Top with peaches, honey, honeycomb, chopped pecans, and a dash of cinnamon.
  3. Grill or bake at about 350 for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is nice and melty. Top with fresh thyme and served with toasted baguette.

Taste the season,
