Can’t decide on one fudge recipe? Make my Four Corner Fudge and make four flavors at once! This is the Christmas life-hack every baker needs. I’ve been doing this trick for ages but I’ve never blogged about it so I thought tonight was the night! Make my favorite 3-ingredient fudge (which literally takes five minutes to make!), then pick four different toppings (or leave one corner plain, which I prefer). Such a fun, easy way to appease the whole family!
My favorite toppings are chopped pecans, chopped marshmallows (I used leftover homemade maple marshmallows tonight), crushed candy cane, chopped Oreo cookies, and Christmas M&Ms but the possibilities are endless! I’m sure little bakers will love picking out the topping for their corner.
One recipe, five minutes, four types of fudge! How great is that?

Four Corner Fudge
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings of your choice (suggested: chopped nuts, chopped marshmallows, crushed candy cane, chopped Oreo cookies, Christmas M&Ms)
- Spray an 8″ square pan with nonstick spray.
- Melt chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a double boiler until smooth.
- Remove from heat. Gently stir in vanilla extract. Spread in prepared pan. Quickly top each quadrant of the fudge with the toppings of your choice, gently pressing the toppings into the fudge. Refrigerate fudge for two hours.
- Loosen the sides with a spatula. Gently lift fudge out of the pan with a spatula. Cut into squares and enjoy.
