This White Peach Crostini is a gorgeous combination of mascarpone cheese, juicy white peaches, savory basil, black pepper, and white condiment. This super Italian appetizer couldn’t be easier to whip up and is perfect for easy summer entertaining.
What is white condiment?
It’s Italian and it’s delicious! Need I say more? Made from grapes, it’s basically a white balsamic vinegar that’s perfect for finishing a variety of dishes. You can find it at the store where you would buy balsamic. I got mine at the farmers market from Amanida. A drizzle of this stuff is like white gold! Here it really enhances the flavor of the white peaches.
Looking for a more traditional Peach Crostini or don’t have white condiment? Check out this recipe. Don’t have mascarpone on hand? You can substitute burrata, ricotta, or cream cheese for an equally delicious appetizer.
White condiment + white peaches = perfection. My friend Irene and I were swooning over this perfect combination. I hope you love it as much as we do!
