The perfect combination of orange and vanilla, fiori di sicillia can be swapped out for vanilla extract when you’re feeling adventurous. (Note: A 1/2 teaspoon goes as far as 1 teaspoon of regular vanilla.) I love to add a few drops to freshly whipped cream along with a teaspoon of powdered sugar for a fabulously fancy addition to my favorite chocolate tart.
