I can’t even believe I’m calling this a recipe. It’s so easy! I only used about one slice of watermelon and two slices of Feta for six skewers. You would need about two blocks of Feta cheese for a whole watermelon. Delicious served with sea salts for sprinkling!

Watermelon Feta Skewers
Watermelon, cubed
Feta cheese, cubed
Mint leaves, washed and dried
- Gently push skewer through a mint leaf, a cube of Feta cheese, and a cube of watermelon.
