You could of course used store bought pesto in a pinch but my homemade pesto is absolutely out of this world. You’ll never want to buy pesto again! I grow an abundance of basil in my garden every summer and freeze jars and jars of pesto. This dish was so fast and easy for me because I literally thawed a jar of pesto the night before this party and tossed the pesto with bucatini. Easiest Disney Dinner recipe ever!

I wanted a surprise in the snake pit and that surprise is a creamy burrata ball under the bucatini snakes. Delicious! If you’re never had burrata before, you’re in for a treat. It’s insanely creamy and mixes in so beautifully with the pasta.

I topped each serving with pine nut “rocks.” Delicious and thematic. The perfect recipe for an Indiana Jones movie night!
