Greek Chicken Souvlaki

Greek Chicken Souvlaki

Want a quick dinner recipe? Greek Chicken Souvlaki is easy, healthy, and delicious!

This seriously takes minutes to make. However, you do want time to marinate the souvlaki so plan accordingly. Cut the chicken into pieces and make the marinate in the morning, then let it hang out in the fridge all day. Then you just need 15 minutes to pull this together at dinner time!

Perfect sides for Greek Chicken Souvlaki are simple roasted potatoes or rice, tzatziki or feta cheese sauce, pita bread, and village salad (Greek salad). I hope you love this easy Greek recipe as much as I do!

And because I know you’ll ask: yes, you can cook these on a grill pan on the stove if you prefer. I typically grill these on my gas grill with the lid closed on metal skewers. If you use wooden skewers, be sure to soak them for at least thirty minutes.
